1heaping cupcooked and frozen sweet potatoes and carrots
1/2cupdiced peaches with juice(an individually packaged cup works perfect)

To make this smoothie, you'll want to first cook equal amounts of sweet potatoes and carrots. I usually chop them in like sizes and boil until very soft. Once they have been drained and cooled, place them in a freezer bag and keep in your freezer.I also always keep frozen bananas in my freezer. Most of us will have extra bananas on the counter that don't have much life left. Before they go bad, peel them, half them and get them in a freezer bag for your smoothie making days.For the Smoothie:Just get all of your ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth...then you're done! Easy peasy!Note: Enjoy these right away. Smoothies don't last very long and will thin out pretty quickly. I wouldn't recommend keeping them in the fridge for more than an hour.
