Using your food processor, add all of your dry ingredients then pulse to combine
Cube your butter and put it all into the processor along with your vanilla, orange zest and water
Pulse to combine - You will know it's ready when you can pinch together the dough using your fingers. If it's too dry, add a little bit more water, one tablespoon at a time
Empty the dough onto a floured surface and bring it all together into a disk. Flatten it out with your hands, to your desired thickness and cut out your cookies using your favorite cutters. If the dough is too soft, you can put it in the fridge for a few minutes to firm up
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
Allow to cool slightly on the pan before transferring them to a rack. Once your cookies are completely cooled, dust the tops with some powdered sugar and you're good to go!
