Cut your tomatoes and onions into large chunks. (I like to do the following in batches, so I can better control the texture.) Add a handful of tomatoes and a handful of onions into your food processor and pulse until you reach your desired texture. Remove from your processor and place into a bowl, and start another batch, pulsing your tomatoes and onions. Once you've used them all up, place all of your cilantro, chopped jalapeno and garlic into your processor and let it go until it's all blended together. Add this to your tomato and onions and stir thoroughly to combine. Chill in the fridge before serving.This salsa is also a fantastic add in to avocado for the most delish guacamole! Just smash up your avocado however you like. Add a heaping tablespoon of this Fresh Salsa along with salt and pepper. So, so good!!
