1pktActive Dry Yeast
1cupHot Water
1tspnSugar
1tbspSalt
1tbspOlive Oil
3cupsAll Purpose Flour

Homemade Pizza Dough
Run your tap water until it's hot
Pour 1 cup of hot water into the bowl of a stand mixer
Add your sugar and yeast and let it sit for around 5 minutes (you should see the yeast begin to foam up. If you don't, pour it out and start again
Add half of your flour, salt and olive oil into the yeast mixture. Using your dough hook, mix until it's almost all combined
Continue adding small amounts of flour, mixing in between, until all of the flour is incorporated
Coat a large bowl with olive oil. Add your dough to the bowl and turn it around in the oil to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and a dish towel and set it in a dry draft free place to rest for 1 1/2 hours.When you're ready to bake, preheat your oven to 475 and line a large sheet pan with foil.You can roll out your pizza dough into the rough size of your sheet pan, or just press it out with your hands. Drizzle olive oil over the dough and begin to add your favorite toppings.Bake at 475 for 8-10 minutes. Slice it up into squares and enjoy!
