Blueberry Compote
Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch
- Zest of one Orange
- 1/4 cup Water
Notes
- Add your ingredients into a stock pot and heat on medium, stirring to combine
- Once the mixture begins to bubble, turn the heat down to low and stir continuously until the fruit cooks down and becomes thick – about 4-5 minutes
