Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup Flour
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 stick Butter (softened)
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Notes

Preheat your oven to 350
  • Using a hand mixer, beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla until combined
  • Slowly add your flour and baking powder, in batches, mixing in between
  • Once all of the flour and baking powder have been combined, fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips using a spoon or rubber spatula
Scoop heaping spoonsful of dough and roll them into balls with your hands.  Place each ball on a lined baking tray.  Slightly press each one until they’re about 1/2″ thick.
Bake at 350 for 13 minutes.  Let cool on the tray before transferring them to a cooling rack.  Initially, these cookies will be soft, so let them cool completely to set before enjoying.
